Pasta Fresca: Gluten Free Pasta in the Old Town

Are you looking for a gluten free pasta restaurant in Prague? If you are, then Pasta Fresca is a good option to try. It is one of the Ambiente group of restaurants, which guarantees great food, professional service, and careful attention to meal preparation. In their own words, you can come here for food that’s “fresh, seasonal and according to Italian tradition”.

As the name suggests, the staple here is pasta. You can choose from about a dozen pasta dishes on the regular menu. Your pasta can be made using gluten free penne or spaghetti upon request. In addition, the menu offers several meat and fish dishes. Some of the starters and salads are also gluten free.

When we ate at Pasta Fresca last, the restaurant unfortunately didn’t serve any gluten free bread.

IMPORTANT: This is a popular restaurant at a central location, so you’ll want to make a reservation in advance. If you just walk in, you may still be able to get a table in the entrance hall.

You’ll find the restaurant at a superb location just a few minutes from Prague’s Old Town Square.
